Yin yoga is a meditative practice of relaxation and release. Being rather than doing. Our feminine energy.
We stay in yoga poses (asanas) for about 3-6 minutes from a place of relaxation and effortlessness. We can receive all the support in the world, from cushions to blocks, a soothing touch or a blanket in order to be able to fully trust.
Yang I call the more known Hatha yoga style practice that requires action, some strength, concentration, ambition. Our masculine energy.
My Yang classes are a mix of Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga, which combines some flow with alignment and details.
In this workshop we give a chance to balance the feminine and the masculine energies and forces we have within, we work with both energies and strive to have them live in peace within us.
The workshop can be booked as 1hr, 1.5hr and up to 3hr long.
