Last Saturday of the month Yin & Yang deep dive

At the last Saturday of each month, I'm offering 2 sessions one after another, a Yin & Yang Yoga Saturday. We will work with the body, and then learn to surrender.

Possible to come to only one of the sessions, but better do the two to practice the different energies that exist within us and balance them of.

10:00-11:20: A mindful Vinyasa flow yoga class, the Yang energy, the DOING masculine energy.

11:30-13:00: Yin Yoga, the soft, feminine, the BEING Energy.

A deep yet pampering practice, perfect for the weekend, suits total beginners. On a serene private rooftop next to Rothschild & Shenkin.

Price: Drop-in 75nis for one, 130nis for the 2 sessions.

Possible to purchase a discount card: 5 classes 340nis ; 10 classes 600nis.
